 The Lance Modell Memorial Scholarship  2008  APPLICATION

 CRITERIA FOR APPLICATION

 To qualify for this scholarship you: 

1.      Must be currently enrolled in an Educational Administration Program

2.      Must have taught mathematics 5 years (out of the last 10 years)

3.      Must have New York State Certification in Mathematics 7-12

4.      Must have demonstrated engagement in mathematics education and/or in the  
         mathematics professional community

5.      Must include the following with your application:

a)      One letter of recommendation from a district or building administrator with
          whom you have worked

b)      At least one letter of recommendation from a colleague, professor or a parent
